what can we conclude if any of these minor criteria are present?

• The presence of one of the above minor criteria has a 94-98% PPV for pregnancy failure. 
• The presence of > 2 minor criteria increases the PPV to 100% for pregnancy failure
• However, The only criteria that the Consensus Panel agreed upon to confirm demise in the absence of an embryo is when the Mean Sac Diameter (MSD) is >  25 mm​

so what criteria can we use for pregnancy failure?

• Of note, this was previously MSD > 16 mm which was shown through extensive research to have a 100% PPV
