• At times, utilizing consensus conference guidelines based on a large scale study can force some to be required to interpret to the "lowest common denominator."
• At UCSF, we have modified the guidelines based on other well established research in obstetrical ultrasound. 
• We completely understand that, medicolegally, it is important to follow specific guidelines, but wanted to let our members know what we are doing at UCSF at the time this video was created.
